Robin Francis

Robin has had a long career as a senior executive in organisational and leadership development in the government and not-for-profit sectors in Australia.  She played a significant role in introducing new approaches to leadership development and capability building across the Queensland Public Sector, including experiential development methods, scenario planning, international forums, coaching, and cross-departmental leadership networks that fostered innovation and collaboration in policy development and service delivery. Her national and international experience in Asia also focused on building management capability across health care sectors and she has been a speaker at numerous state, national and international forums on issues of organisational and workforce development.

Robin’s work with Ithaca Group includes contributions to research and evaluative assessment in national educational policy projects, critical analysis of educational policy issues, thought leadership addressing organisational and workforce capability challenges, and executive coaching.
